The Lead Inspector serves as the senior technical authority for the Inspection Department at Keystone Turbine Services, performing and overseeing precise measurements and inspections of Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 turbine engine parts during maintenance, repair, and overhaul. The role provides daily technical direction, approves inspection records and non-conformance reports, mentors junior inspectors, supports FAA, EASA, Rolls-Royce, and customer audits, and ensures compliance with OEM, engineering, and regulatory standards. Candidates need over five years of aviation inspection experience, turbine engine MRO experience on the specified Rolls-Royce platforms, precision-measuring skills, and a high school diploma or GED; the position is based in Coatesville, Pennsylvania and offers full-time health benefits after 30 days of employment.
