Description
The role leads and coordinates daily installation activities on residential jobsites, installs replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and trim, trains and mentors installers, reads installation instructions and project specifications, maintains job documentation, and communicates professionally with homeowners. It requires 7+ years of window and door installation, finish carpentry, or residential construction experience, along with leadership, safety, quality, customer-service, transportation, physical, and pre-employment screening requirements.
