Sunrun is hiring a Lead Installer to lead and coordinate residential solar installation crews. The role includes preparing and assembling solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and racking; applying weather sealing; maintaining a clean and safe job site; assisting with battery installations; and providing technical leadership to fellow installers. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, previous solar installation experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work outdoors and on rooftops. The position offers a starting salary of $27.60 to $36.80 plus performance incentives.
