Description

Neon One is hiring a Lead Instructional Designer to lead cross-functional learning initiatives and own the migration from Skilljar to a custom Learning Management System. The role defines instructional UX, authoring requirements, and system capabilities; partners with developers, product managers, technical writers, and subject matter experts; creates technical curriculum, certifications, and interactive labs; and tracks learner telemetry to measure enablement ROI. The position requires at least five years of instructional design experience in a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or high-growth technology environment, along with LMS implementation expertise, technical curriculum design skills, and proficiency with authoring and media tools.
