Correlation One is hiring a remote Training Delivery Specialist to lead 30 virtual training sessions across 10 full-day and 20 half-day deliveries for a new retail-promotion planning tool. The role teaches employees how to use the tool through hands-on promotional-planning scenarios, establishes consistent terminology and processes across markets, and requires preparation, onboarding, dry runs, and possible client meetings. Applicants should have marketing, sales, or business-analysis experience, familiarity with promotional planning terminology, the ability to explain performance metrics, experience with hands-on tool exercises and virtual training, and strong leadership and organizational skills. The role is remote and can be located anywhere, with exact session dates and times to be finalized in Q4.
