Description
The Maintenance Planner develops and coordinates preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for refinery, LNG, or complex chemical facilities. The role manages work orders and resources in CMMS systems, prepares job plans and hazard analyses, supports emergency maintenance and planned outages, monitors maintenance KPIs, and provides performance reports. It requires a B.Tech., 5–10 years of experience, strong facility and reliability knowledge, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to work rotational shifts including nights.
