Hoffmann Brothers is hiring a Lead Insulation Technician to launch and lead its new insulation division. The role leads one apprentice, installs and inspects attic insulation, operates blowing equipment, calculates insulation quantities, trains crew members, communicates with homeowners, and completes residential and light commercial projects safely and on schedule. The position requires at least two years of blown-in attic insulation experience, crew leadership experience, equipment operation skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in confined attic and crawlspace environments.
