L3Harris is hiring a Lead, Integration and Test Engineer focused on Reliability and Maintainability for an on-site role in Greenville, Texas. The position leads reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses and artifacts, system safety and FMECA work, fault-tree and FRACAS activities, RAM allocations, demonstrations, subcontractor specifications, and technical management of junior engineers. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with nine years of aerospace reliability and maintainability experience, a graduate degree with seven years, or 13 years of experience without a degree, and must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
