Description
SpaceX is hiring a Lead Integration & Test Engineer for Starshield to lead and grow a team responsible for developing, scaling, and maintaining manufacturing facilities and processes for satellite hardware. The role oversees build, test, shipping infrastructure, fixtures and tools, production optimization, quality and nonconformance analysis, team development, and coordination with design, supply chain, mission management, customers, and partners. Candidates need an engineering or physics degree, at least two years of professional design or manufacturing experience, and at least one year of leadership experience. The position offers a lead-level base salary of $130,000 to $215,000 per year, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
