Description
The Lead Interface Engineer – Drilling manages and coordinates technical, operational, and organizational interfaces across drilling, completion, workover, and well abandonment activities. The role serves as the key interface between drilling and wells, offshore operations, engineering, projects, construction, production, contractors, service companies, and other stakeholders, while supporting planning, scheduling, logistics, risk assessments, contractor performance, HSE compliance, and resolution of operational issues. It requires a relevant engineering degree, at least 15 years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience, including 5 years in a similar Lead Interface or Drilling/Well Operations role on major projects, and experience in FEED and EPC phases.
