Description
The Lead Inventory Control role oversees and manages inventory control processes, leads a team, and coordinates receiving, shipping, kit requests, audits, and inventory reporting. The position directs hourly employees, prioritizes workflow, mentors safety activities, analyzes inventory data, and collaborates with other departments to improve accuracy and efficiency. It requires a high school diploma or general education diploma, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, warehouse material-handling equipment operation, and the ability to lift and carry materials in an indoor or outdoor warehouse environment.
