Description
The Lead Inventory Control role directs hourly employees, prioritizes daily workflow, mentors safety activities, and coordinates receiving, kitting, shipping, inventory, and documentation functions. The position supports Material Handlers, manages resources and schedules, handles material movement and loading, and requires inventory management, forklift certification, ISO and Oracle knowledge, and a manufacturing or warehouse background. The schedule is 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday with overtime available, and the role may require extended shifts and occasional weekend work.
