Description
Lead the Software Integrated Product Team (IPTL) for L3Harris’s Optical Space Systems in Wilmington, MA, overseeing flight software and EGSE software development for space-based EO/IR and optical payloads. The role combines technical leadership with responsibility for software architecture, execution, verification, cost, schedule, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across the full software lifecycle. It requires deep embedded and real-time aerospace software experience, familiarity with RTOS environments such as VxWorks, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
