Description
The role oversees industrial relations, labour compliance, contractor governance, workforce risk, and labour welfare across large infrastructure or construction projects. It coordinates with project teams, contractors, government authorities, and worker representatives; monitors statutory compliance, audits contractor and labour-camp operations, manages labour licenses and welfare facilities, develops compliance and workforce analytics, and presents risks and corrective actions to project leadership.
