Description
The Project Delivery Technical Lead owns end-to-end technical delivery of IT infrastructure projects, transitions, and offshoring programs across regions. The role leads cross-functional technical teams and senior resources, manages technical risk and dependencies, supports ITIL-aligned change, release, incident, and problem management, coordinates vendor and third-party delivery relationships, and reports progress, risks, and financials to senior stakeholders. The position requires at least 10 years of IT infrastructure delivery experience, including 4 years in a technical lead or delivery lead capacity, along with knowledge of infrastructure domains, project financials, stakeholder management, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
