L3Harris is hiring a Lead, IT Architecture (Data Engineer) for its Enterprise Data and AI team in Melbourne, Florida. The role leads enterprise data lifecycle processes, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data standards, frameworks, cleansing, consolidation, orchestration, and Palantir Foundry data models and dashboards. Responsibilities also include data platform design, documentation, user training, troubleshooting data sync issues, and supporting the Unified Data Layer. The position follows a 9/80 schedule and requires substantial Palantir experience, a bachelor’s or graduate degree, and at least four years of data pipeline or ETL experience.
