Description
The Lead TechOps Engineer will lead the Group Corporate TechOps team and maintain, secure, configure, upgrade, and monitor hybrid cloud, virtualisation, storage, server, and network infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting, incident and change management, project and capacity planning, rollout support, escalation, and 24/7 on-call availability, while collaborating with infrastructure, network, and security specialists.
