Description

Intuit is hiring an IT SOX Lead Risk Advisor to advise control and process owners on SOX requirements, risk assessment, control design, and optimization. The role manages SOX readiness initiatives from intake through external audit sign-off, leads walkthroughs and testing of automated IT controls, evaluates deficiencies, and uses AI-assisted workflows to scale assessments. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, onsite work three days per week in Atlanta, San Diego, or Mountain View, and strong project management, communication, and AI tooling skills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX compliance, risk advisory, or public accounting
Robust experience testing and designing complex business process ITACs and understanding technology, financial reporting, internal controls, and PCAOB requirements
Project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with distinct scope, timelines, stakeholders, and control deliverables
Practical experience using AI tools for compliance or audit work, including document analysis, control narrative drafting, and risk assessment
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the FinTech or software industry
CISA, CISSP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or above, CPA, or CIA
