Description
Videotron is hiring a Lead ITSM & CMDB Platform professional to maintain the integrity, quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of foundational data and the CMDB supporting IT operations in an Agile and DevOps environment. The role manages ITSM repository standards, CI management, data quality metrics, automation, integrations, documentation, and user training, while advising teams and supporting the BMC Helix platform. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, 5 to 8 years of ITSM, CMDB, or data quality experience, ITIL knowledge or equivalent experience, Agile and DevOps familiarity, and intermediate English proficiency. The position is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with a hybrid telework arrangement requiring three days on-site per week.
