AND Digital is hiring a Lead Java Developer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide technical leadership across the full software delivery lifecycle for cloud-native services in a clients Accounts platform. The role involves designing and developing Java APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions; deploying and operating applications on AWS and Kubernetes; promoting CI/CD, testing, security, resilience, monitoring, logging, and observability; resolving production issues; and collaborating with engineers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders.
