Citi is hiring a full-time Lead Java Developer to lead the analysis, architecture, development, testing, release, production support, and stability of real-time and on-demand risk applications for its Credit Business. The role partners with London-based trading, market risk, and technology teams, supports follow-the-sun delivery with NAM and APAC, migrates workloads to AWS, and improves performance, observability, and risk-platform capabilities. It requires strong Core Java, Spring, microservices, messaging, performance tuning, and distributed-systems experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
