ITG's Digital Engineering team is seeking a Lead Java Developer to build and maintain web-based products and tools. The role involves working with Spring Boot, lightweight servlets, and serverless/cloud functions, integrating AI tooling throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining development strategies, mentoring junior developers, implementing improvements, researching market trends, and participating in Agile sprints. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with technical documentation, and proficiency in Java 17-21, Maven, Spring, Adobe AEM, REST APIs, HTML/CSS/XML/JSON, OAuth, Redis, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Git/GitLab, Groovy Scripting, and testing frameworks.
