The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web-based products and tools, utilizing a variety of technologies including Spring Boot, lightweight servlets, and serverless/cloud functions. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, defining development strategies, mentoring junior developers, and actively participating in Agile sprints. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with AI-assisted coding, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required Previous Experiences: Experience of managing and mentoring employees
Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to write technical documentation, including crafting clear, unambiguous prompts for AI tools.
Lead from a technology standpoint, but also support, mentor and develop other members of the team.
Integrate AI tooling across the full development lifecycle.
Understand how to use AI effectively and where its limitations lie.
Use AI coding assistants (primarily Cursor) as a core part of daily workflow, not as an optional extra.
Work on projects using technologies with which they may be unfamiliar.
Support the team by continuously improving AI tools, skills, and workflows.
