Consort Group is hiring a Lead Java Developer in Aix-en-Provence for a permanent contract. The role leads the design and development of backend services using Java and Spring Boot, participates in technical architecture, enforces development best practices, supports developers, and contributes to CI/CD, containerization, and CAD-model migration. The position requires at least five years of Java development experience, including significant experience in a Tech Lead role, along with expertise in backend architecture, testing, Linux, Git, Eclipse, Agile, and related tools. The role is based in Aix-en-Provence with two days of remote work and offers a gross annual salary of €49,000 to €55,000.
