Description
The role provides technical leadership at the core of Swiss banking infrastructure, leading a team and shaping technical direction. It involves operating and modernizing a business-critical Spring Boot legacy system, managing high-volume Kafka event-streaming pipelines, maintaining code quality and reliability, and mentoring developers. The position requires expert-level Java and Lead Developer experience, at least five years of production Spring Boot and high-volume Apache Kafka experience, legacy-system experience, strong German and English skills, and the ability to lead through subject-matter authority.
