Citi is hiring a senior Applications Development Manager to lead and guide developers on its Fixed Income trading application, transition the application to smaller services, and establish fully automated CI/CD pipelines. The role provides technical oversight, drives architecture and delivery strategy, manages resources and staff, and ensures reliability, scalability, performance, compliance, and quality across the application development team. Candidates need strong financial-services experience, Java/Spring microservices expertise, cloud and high-volume application experience, project management skills, and a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. The position is full time with a hybrid model of up to two days at home per week.
