Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead the technical design, development, and optimization of its regulatory reporting framework and data pipelines, including onboarding new regulations. The role guides a team of software engineers, translates compliance requirements into scalable software, and works with Java, Spring Boot, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, MongoDB, and related tools. It requires significant enterprise software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring expertise, distributed data processing and real-time streaming capabilities, Agile/Scrum experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
