Description
The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role responsible for architecting and building scalable containerized Java Spring Boot microservices for Citi’s Controls Technology area. The role leads one or more Scrum teams, contributes directly to the codebase, integrates control systems through APIs, supports React and Angular micro-frontend applications, owns end-to-end feature development, and mentors engineers in software design, containerization, and modern development practices. Candidates need at least 10 years of software development experience, mandatory Java/Spring Boot expertise, cloud-native and containerization experience, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
