Wells Fargo is hiring a Lead Specialty Software Engineer for its Commodities Technology team to lead complex initiatives involving trade processing, pricing, and risk systems. The individual contributor will analyze business requirements, design and develop applications, coordinate implementation, resolve complex technical issues, support compliance and risk initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, business, production support, and platform engineering teams. The role requires at least five years of specialty software engineering experience, five years of Java development experience, and three years of capital markets business and processes experience. It is a hybrid position in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
