Boeing is hiring a Lead Software Engineer - Developer for its Advanced Ground Architecture team to lead Java development and software engineering activities for the System Planning and Scheduling team. The role oversees software design, development, testing, architecture, requirements, configuration management, cloud environments, processes, suppliers, and project performance, while mentoring developers and supporting engineering decisions. It requires a bachelor’s degree, an active Top Secret security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive experience with Java, C++, web technologies, configuration management, and cloud software development. The position is available in Herndon, Virginia; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Mesa, Arizona; Seal Beach, California; and El Segundo, California, with a first-shift schedule and no visa sponsorship.
