Synechron is hiring a Lead Java Spring Microservices Developer to lead the design, development, deployment, and management of scalable microservices-based enterprise applications. The role includes mentoring Java developers, leading code reviews, collaborating with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting agile ceremonies. Required qualifications include 5 to 10 years of Java development and microservices experience, enterprise project leadership, Agile/Scrum experience, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field; cloud, containerization, CI/CD, and additional JVM knowledge are preferred.
