Description
The Draw Site Manager oversees daily draw-site operations and inventory management, trains new personnel, and performs front-desk and phlebotomy duties in an ambulatory laboratory setting. The role includes patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, specimen collection, quality checks, revenue-cycle activities, payer requirements, and compliance with CAP and UMPA guidelines. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, an accredited phlebotomy program, at least five years of phlebotomy experience, five or more years of medical office experience, accounting knowledge, PC proficiency, customer-service and data-entry skills, and current knowledge of payer requirements and computerized billing systems.
