Description
ETIC is hiring a Lead Laborer to support expanding construction projects in Northern California. The role involves communicating project performance, reading construction plans, tracking progress, installing and maintaining stormwater BMPs, performing general construction and earthwork tasks, operating small equipment, maintaining safety and quality compliance, and managing a crew of two to four workers. Candidates need at least five years of verifiable laborer experience, crew-management ability, physical stamina, a valid California driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent; HAZWOPER 40-hour training and small-equipment experience are preferred. The position pays $30.00–$40.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
