CW Resources is hiring a Landscaping Crew Lead for a part-time, flexible schedule at the Charlotte Airport Traffic Control Tower. The role leads a small team of landscaping laborers, assigns tasks, provides guidance and training, performs mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and general grounds maintenance, maintains records, and ensures safety and quality standards. Applicants need at least two years of commercial landscaping experience, equipment-operation experience, OSHA safety knowledge, clear communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
