Description
The Plant CBS/Lean Manager manages and coordinates CBS (LEAN) activities across a plant, translating strategy into action plans, overseeing investments and budgets, monitoring KPIs, leading improvement projects and workshops, and ensuring qualified CBS employees are available. The role requires a university degree, at least five years of CBS/Lean experience, initial rubber and plastic production experience, leadership experience, international team experience, and proficiency in at least two languages, including English and a local language.
