Description
The Lead Licensed Mechanical Project Engineer leads the planning, design, coordination, quality assurance, and delivery of mechanical building systems for commercial, retail, institutional, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. The role provides independent engineering judgment, may serve as Engineer of Record, coordinates multidisciplinary teams and clients, supports construction administration, and mentors engineering staff. It requires a mechanical engineering degree, an active Professional Engineer license, and 8–10 years of progressive building-systems design experience, along with HVAC, plumbing, BIM, code, and project leadership expertise.
