Description
The Lead Lifeguard works under the Aquatics Operations Supervisor at the Pavilion Aquatics Center, primarily during the off season from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with possible weekend, evening, and summer shifts. The role focuses on pool safety, emergency response, CPR and First Aid, customer service, point-of-sale transactions, equipment inspection, cleaning, and program support. It is an entry-level, part-time year-round position paying $17.00 per hour, with a Monday-Friday schedule of 5:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and requirements including lifeguard certification, swimming, vision testing, and the ability to learn point-of-sale software.
