Marquette Mountain is hiring a part-time Lead Line Cook for 0–29 hours per week, with availability across weekdays, weeknights, weekends, days, afternoons, and nights. The role prepares food to chef specifications, sets up and stocks kitchen stations, assists the executive and sous chefs, trains new employees, manages waste and inventory, supports banquets and special events, and maintains sanitation and food-safety standards. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, proven cooking experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook, and availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. The stated salary is $16.00 per hour.
