Columbia Hospitality is hiring a Lead Line Cook for World Trade Center. The role prepares and presents buffet and plated food, directs line cooks, maintains food quality and sanitation standards, handles customer requests, manages opening and closing procedures, and oversees inventory and receiving. Candidates need at least five years of industry experience, including two years as a lead cook, along with food-handler licensing, knife skills, sauce and butchering knowledge, and familiarity with specialized kitchen equipment.
