Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator to join its Technology division as a Lead Infrastructure Production Management & Reliability Engineering position at Director level (equivalent to AVP). The role supports, deploys, troubleshoots, and modernizes large-scale distributed Linux infrastructure, including hardware platforms, Red Hat Linux, configuration management, DNS, DHCP, NTP, and internal tools. It also involves infrastructure SRE work, hands-on coding and automation, global on-call support, change and incident management, documentation, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. The position requires 5–7 years of enterprise-level Linux experience, strong Linux and networking knowledge, Python or scripting experience, and experience with trading system configuration and deployment.
