MANTECH is hiring a full-time Lead Logistics Integrator in Halawa, Hawaii, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role oversees transportation, storage, and distribution activities; develops logistics policies and strategic plans; serves as the final technical authority for compliance; validates theater-deployment requirements; authorizes RSOI plans; coordinates host-nation and facility support for large-scale contingency operations; and mentors subordinate staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management, or a related field, at least 12 years of relevant experience, formal document-approval experience, an active Secret Clearance, and the ability to remain stationary 50% of the time. A master’s degree in Global Logistics, PMP certification, and experience managing USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific are preferred. The projected compensation range is $134,700 to $239,600, with health insurance and other benefits available.
