MANTECH is hiring a full-time Lead Logistics Planner in Halawa, Hawaii, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role leads technical logistics planning studies, validates sustainment models, resolves planning discrepancies, develops long-range logistical policies, coordinates theaterwide distribution and multimodal transit activities, approves tactical maneuver plans, briefs senior leadership, and mentors subordinate staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, formal document-approval authority, an active Secret Clearance, and preferably logistics or supply-chain education, PMP certification, DAWIA Level III, and experience with USSOCOM or PACOM JOPES/JET and TPFDD management. The projected compensation range is $134,700 to $239,600, with health insurance and other benefits available.
