Daher is hiring a permanent Lead Logistics Shift to report to the Operations Manager and lead a logistics team on a fixed afternoon shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The role covers team leadership, quality, safety, environmental, security, and labor-code compliance; incoming deliveries, goods storage, order preparation, dispatch, and transport operations; fleet management for 25 drivers; customer and supplier coordination; KPI reporting; and continuous improvement. Candidates need prior transport-sector and management experience, a baccalaureate or two years of post-secondary logistics education, or equivalent professional experience.
