Description
LifeStream is hiring full- and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. The role includes meeting medical needs, assisting with daily living skills, and providing emotional and social support. The schedule is Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Monday through Thursday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., with starting pay of $37 per hour and weekend shift differentials available. Applicants need a current LPN license, previous experience, a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to pass employment screening.
