Description
The Lead Machine Builder leads the skilled fitting, assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and quality control of custom machinery while directing and supporting the Machine Builder team. The role coordinates production work, trains and mentors employees, participates in hiring and performance reviews, and maintains a safe and efficient work environment. It requires at least four years of machine-building experience, strong mechanical and blueprint skills, GD&T knowledge, forklift and crane operation, and the ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
