Description
Mission Design & Automation is hiring a full-time Lead Machine Builder to lead the assembly, commissioning, teardown, shipment, installation, and startup of custom automation equipment. The role coordinates project execution, schedules, labor, resources, quality, safety, and documentation; collaborates with mechanical, electrical, controls, engineering, and project management teams; and mentors Machine Builders. The position is onsite in Holland, Michigan, pays $25-$30 per hour based on experience, and requires at least five years of machine-building or related manufacturing experience.
