CapTech is hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, productionize, and scale machine learning and data science solutions for enterprise clients. The role provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, works with large datasets and cloud platforms, and contributes to business development and team growth. Candidates need 7+ years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and expertise in Python, Scala, SQL, Spark, containerization, data warehousing, production ML systems, LLMs, and agentic AI. The position requires onsite availability at a client location or CapTech office, with remote work permitted when compatible, and offers a base salary of $90,000 to $200,000 without visa sponsorship.
