Lead Machine Learning Engineer - Agentic Models, LLM, RAG, GenAI at Eightfold

Eightfold.ai is hiring a Machine Learning Manager to lead research, design, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents and agentic systems. The role owns multi-agent architectures, deep learning and large language model development, scalable infrastructure, distributed-system troubleshooting, and the application of enterprise and user data to personalized agent experiences. It requires a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 5–7+ years of AI and machine learning experience, and expertise in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. The position is hybrid in Santa Clara, California, with a base annual salary of $193,125 to $257,500 plus bonus and equity.
