Faculty is hiring a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to provide technical direction and delivery leadership for complex AI projects in its Professional and Financial Services business unit. The role involves setting technical strategy, designing scalable machine learning and software systems, managing high-risk project workstreams, developing shared resources, leading hiring and mentoring, advising customers, and coaching engineering teams. Candidates should have strong Python skills, practical experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, expertise in a major cloud provider, experience building full-stack web applications, and hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
