Nubank is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build, train, validate, deploy, and monitor machine learning models across credit, fraud, risk, personalization, and AI-native experiences. The role covers the full modeling lifecycle, including feature engineering, distributed data processing, batch and real-time model serving, AWS and Kubernetes deployment, MLOps tooling, and production monitoring. Candidates should have strong statistics and machine learning foundations, Python experience, model training and evaluation knowledge, SQL ability, and strong communication skills; cloud, distributed systems, feature stores, MLOps, data architecture, and data visualization experience are preferred.
